TERMS AND CONDITIONS

– INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY PROMOTION – CARAVAN SALON 2026

1. Promotion Organizer

The “INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY PROMOTION – CARAVAN SALON 2026” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is organized by the ADA Cosmetics International GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “ADA Cosmetics”), registered in the German Commercial Register under HRB 700 719, with its registered office at Rastatter Straße 2A, 77694 Kehl, Germany.

The Promotion is open to residents of the European Union (EU), Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will take place on the Instagram account SHAPE by ADA Cosmetics and will run from August 28 through September 15, 2026, inclusive.

3. Conditions of Participation

To validly participate in the Promotion, participants must:

• be natural persons aged 18 or over,
• follow the official Instagram account of SHAPE by ADA Cosmetics,
• take a photo of their SHAPE system integrated into their own motorhome and publish it in an Instagram post or Instagram Story on their own account,
• tag the official Instagram account of SHAPE by ADA Cosmetics in the relevant post or Story,
• ensure that they have the necessary rights to the photo.

Participation in the Promotion will only be considered valid if all five of the above conditions are met.

4. Announcement of Results

At the end of the Promotion period, the winners will be selected by a jury appointed by ADA Cosmetics.

The assessment will take into account, in particular, the quality and creativity of the submitted photo, the successful presentation of the integrated SHAPE system, as well as the relevance and originality of the description or accompanying text included in the post or Story.

The jury’s decision will be made at its sole discretion based on these criteria and will be final.

The selected winners will be notified of their prize after the end of the Promotion via private message on Instagram.

5. Liability / Information Regarding the Conduct of the Promotion

For the duration of the Promotion, ADA Cosmetics shall have a non-exclusive right of use for the purposes of conducting and documenting the Promotion.

ADA Cosmetics shall not be liable for technical malfunctions or failures, including those related to Instagram, the publication of posts or Stories, tags, private messages, or data transmission issues that may affect or prevent participation in the Promotion, unless such issues result from intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of ADA Cosmetics.

This Promotion is in no way affiliated with Instagram and is neither sponsored, endorsed, nor administered by Instagram. ADA Cosmetics is the sole recipient of the information provided. Participants release Instagram from any liability regarding claims related to the Promotion.

6. Data Protection

In connection with participation in the Promotion, ADA Cosmetics processes participants’ personal data, including, in particular, their Instagram username and any data necessary for the organization and administration of the Promotion.

The processing is carried out for the purpose of organizing the Promotion, selecting the winners, notifying them, and awarding the prizes, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data collected in connection with the Promotion will only be retained for as long as necessary for the organization and administration of the Promotion and to comply with statutory retention obligations

7. Rights of Data Subjects

In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, participants have, in particular, the right of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of the processing of their personal data, as well as, where applicable, the right to data portability and the right to object.

They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

8. Modification of the Promotion

ADA Cosmetics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time in the event of force majeure or any other circumstances beyond its control.

Furthermore, ADA Cosmetics reserves the right to exclude any entry from the Promotion in the event of abuse, fraud, technical error, or failure to comply with these conditions of participation.

9. Applicable Law

These conditions of participation shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
